2. Account Registration
- You provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- One account per person — you may not create accounts on behalf of others without consent
3. Description of Service
Sanomi provides tools to log health metrics, track nutrition and exercise, and receive AI-generated health insights. Features include:
- Health metric tracking (lab results, vitals, weight, sleep, exercise)
- AI-powered analysis and recommendations (Oracle chat, AI Insights, Lab analysis)
- Integration with Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android)
- Family profile management (Premium)
4. Not Medical Advice
All content generated by Sanomi — including AI insights, health reports, and recommendations — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
AI features use large language models that can make mistakes. You accept full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information from Sanomi.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Sanomi offers a free tier with limited usage and a Premium subscription with higher limits
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by law
- Cancel any time through App Store or Play Store settings; access continues until the end of the billing period
- A 30-day grace period applies after cancellation before access is fully restricted
- Top-up packs (scan, Oracle, AI credits) are one-off purchases available to Premium subscribers; they never expire
- Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google's refund processes
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Sanomi for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful health information
7. Your Data
You own the health data and content you enter into Sanomi. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Sanomi app — including its design, code, and trademarks — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
Sanomi integrates with Apple Health and Health Connect, and relies on third-party providers for AI analysis, cloud storage, payment processing, and analytics. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sanomi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on Sanomi or its AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Queensland.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
