Why Sanomi

Plan your days ahead. Change as you go.

Set up your routines — meals, medication, movement and rest — for the days they belong to. Your day then runs on its own, and you only add, skip or remove what was different. No streaks, no scores.

Plan your routines

A routine on the days it belongs, a meal you saved, medication at its time — set it up, and it is there every day it applies.

Change as you go

The day runs as planned. Add, skip or remove what was different; miss a day and nothing is lost.

Reminders, if you want them

A reminder on any item you choose, and only those.

Sanomi lets you plan your day the way you would yourself: decide the shape of it — the routines, the meals, the doses — and Sanomi holds it together and runs the day from there. It keeps your plan. It does not keep score.

And it stays quiet. There is no streak to break, no score to chase, and a reminder reaches your phone only when you ask for one — unlike other habit apps that count your misses and decide for themselves what buzzes you.

Plan your routines

Set up a routine and it is there every day it applies.

Re-entering the same things every day is why plans die. In Sanomi a routine belongs to the days you choose — daily, weekdays, a few days a week. A meal you saved goes on the day it belongs. Medication sits at its time of day. Set up your routines once, adjust them whenever your days change, and every morning is already laid out.

Change as you go

The day runs as planned. You change what was different.

A list you have to work through is a list you stop keeping. In Sanomi a planned item counts as done at its time unless you say otherwise. What you change is what was different: add the walk that just happened, skip the dose you missed, remove the meal you did not have. Miss a day and nothing is lost — the next day simply carries on, with no penalty and no streak to rebuild.

Reminders you control

Set a reminder on anything you plan — and only what you choose.

Plan an item — a meal, a supplement, an exercise, an appointment, anything that matters to you — and you can switch a reminder on for it. Your phone lets you know at the time, even with the app closed, and only for the items you chose. Everything else stays quiet: inside Sanomi a gentle nudge to log a meal or have some water meets you when you open the app, never a buzz that interrupts your day. Nothing is on by default — you decide what is worth a reminder.

The week and the month

See the shape of your days at a glance.

A day at a time hides the pattern. Switch the planner to the week or the month and the rhythm is there — the days that went to plan and the ones that did not, your meals, movement and rest laid out together. Not a report card. Your own days, at a glance.

The plan feeds the rest

What you planned and what you did become the record.

A plan that lives in its own app is disconnected from everything else. In Sanomi the day as it ran becomes what you actually did — the meals count, the movement counts, the medication is on record — and your answers and reports read from it.

What one place changes

Set your plan the way it fits you, and change it as freely as your days change — a routine dropped, a meal swapped, a time moved. Sanomi is built so those changes take a moment, because a plan you cannot change easily is one you stop keeping.

And because it lives in one place, your plan connects to the rest: what you planned and what you did feed your record, your answers and your reports, with nothing to copy across. That is what one place gives you here — a plan that changes with you, and carries the rest along.

Good to know

Do I have to follow the plan exactly?

No. The plan is a convenience, not a contract. Skip, swap or add as the day goes; nothing is scored and nothing resets.

Can I plan meals?

Yes. Save a meal once and put it on the days it belongs; it counts on those days. Favourites cover the days that do not follow the plan.

Will it remind me?

Only where you ask it to. Reminders are set per item. Sanomi sends nothing on its own.

Can I change the plan later?

Any time. Edit a routine, move a time, retire a meal. The days ahead update; the days behind stay as they were.
