Why Sanomi

Your health record, kept properly.

Goals, conditions, results, vitals, lifestyle, how you felt, and your medication and supplements — one record of you that is easy to keep.

Goals and conditions

What you are working towards, what you live with, what has come up lately, and your allergies — so every number is read in your context.

Results and vitals

Lab results against the range printed on your report, and day-to-day readings, kept for good.

How you felt

A journal beside the record — a symptom, a good night, what you noticed — next to what you did.

The facts about your health are scattered by design. Results arrive as a PDF. Medication is in a box. Readings sit in whichever device took them. What you were told at the last visit is in your head, for a while. When someone asks, you reconstruct it.

Sanomi keeps all of it as one record — yours, easy to maintain, read by everything else in the app. This is the part that makes Sanomi a health app rather than a calorie app with extras.

Health goals and conditions

Say what you are working towards and what you live with — and reshape it as you go.

A tracker treats everyone the same. Sanomi asks first: your goals, and your conditions — the ones you live with, and the ones that come and go, a flare-up, an injury, a bout of something. Allergies sit here too, with how bad they are and what actually happens. From then on a number is never just a number — a result, a burn, an answer all take your situation into account, without you repeating it.

And none of it is set and forget. Health is a journey: a goal is reached and a new one takes its place, a condition improves or a new one arrives. Change it in the record and Sanomi picks it up from there — the answers, the plan and the reports follow you as you move, not as you were when you started.

Medication and supplements

What you take, how often, at what time of day — with a reminder if you want one.

The box, the pharmacy label and a note on the fridge are three different places, and none of them tells you whether you took it. In Sanomi each medication or supplement is captured once — the name, what is in it, the dose, how often, and the time of day it belongs to. From there it sits on your day at its time, counted as taken unless you say otherwise, and you can set a reminder on any item you choose.

Because it lives in your plan and not only in your record, a day shows what is due and what is done, and that pattern feeds your answers and your reports.

Vitals and lifestyle

Day-to-day readings, logged in a tap or filled in from your phone.

Blood pressure, heart rate, weight, oxygen, temperature — taken at home, at the pharmacy, on a watch, each kept somewhere different. In Sanomi each is a row you tap to log, or a reading that arrives from Apple Health or Health Connect if you use them. Beside them sit the standing facts, smoking, alcohol, caffeine, so the picture is whole without being nagging.

Lab results

Your results against the range on your own report, and how they move over time.

A result on paper tells you little without the range, and the range that matters is the one your lab printed. Type the values in from the report and Sanomi keeps them against that range — yours, not a population average — and shows how each one has moved over time.

How you felt

A journal beside the record, so a feeling has a context.

A symptom diary in a notes app is never read again. Sanomi keeps how you felt, what you noticed, a symptom, a good night next to what you did that day — the meals, the movement, the medication. Look back at a rough week and the rest of the week is there too.

Easy to keep

Say it in your own words, log by voice, change as you go.

A record only helps if it stays current, and most fall behind because keeping them is work. Sanomi is built for the two minutes you have: say it, tap it, change it. Whatever you did not fill in is not read as zero — a rough picture is enough to start, and it fills in as you go.

What one place changes

The record is the quiet part of Sanomi, and the part everything else stands on. The calorie count reads your weight from it. The answer reads your conditions from it. The report reads your ranges from it. Keep the record, and the rest keeps itself.

Add the people you care for and each of them has a record of their own, kept the same way.

Good to know

Can I put my lab results in?

Yes. Type the values from your report, with the range your lab printed, and Sanomi keeps them against that range and over time.

Do I have to fill everything in?

No. Start with what you know. Sanomi reads what is missing as unknown, not as zero, and the picture fills in as you use it.

Who can see my record?

It is yours. Your data is used to run Sanomi for you — never sold, never used for advertising. Please see the privacy policy for further detail on how your data is handled and kept secure.

Can I keep a record for someone else?

Yes. Add a profile for each person you care for. Each has its own private record.
