Why Sanomi

24/7 tracking, not needed.

You do not need to track your health around the clock to get the best from Sanomi. What it needs is simpler: what you did and how you felt, in your own words, whenever you have a minute.

Log what you can

A line about your day, whenever you have a minute — today or an earlier one. Every day filled in is not the price of an insight.

Your plan carries the rest

Because your days are planned, Sanomi already knows their shape without watching you.

Already tracking? Bring it across

Your daily readings come into Sanomi through Apple Health or Health Connect — no typing them twice, and keep using whatever else you like.

Sanomi is built for the way people actually live: you plan your days, you log what you can when you have a minute, and the picture builds from there. A minute in the evening counts the same as a log at the moment it happened.

That is why round-the-clock measurement is not the price of entry. Most health apps assume a sensor on your body; Sanomi assumes a person with a life.

Your plan already knows your days

Plan your days once, and Sanomi does not need to watch you.

A tracker has to sense everything because it knows nothing about you in advance. Sanomi does: your routines, your meals, your doses are planned, so the shape of a normal day is already there. It does not need a device to notice that Tuesday looks like Tuesday — which is most of what constant tracking is for.

Log at your convenience

A minute when you have one is enough.

Say what you had, what you did, how you slept, in your own words, whenever it suits you — as it happens, or catching up that evening. And it does not have to be today: move back to any earlier day and fill it in then, days later if that is when you get to it. Nothing expires and nothing locks. The app is built for the two minutes you have, not for a habit of checking in all day.

Log what you can

Sanomi does not need every day filled in to tell you something useful.

Insights do not wait for a complete record. Sanomi reads what is there — the meals you logged this week, the walk you added, the reading you took on Sunday — and tells you what that much is enough to say. Where you have set a typical day — your usual sleep, water and steps — the days you did not log keep their usual shape instead of going blank. There are no streaks to break and no scores to drop.

Already tracking? Bring it with you

Your daily readings come across on their own — no typing them twice.

If you already track your vitals, steps or sleep, bring those readings with you. Connect Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android and what you are already recording — steps, heart rate and resting heart rate, sleep, weight, blood pressure, blood oxygen, temperature, breathing rate, fasting glucose — arrives in Sanomi on its own, so you never enter it by hand. Sanomi only reads, never writes back, and anything you enter yourself still takes precedence.

The more you give it, the more it sees

A meaningful insight needs something to read — and grows with what you add.

This is the honest part. Sanomi works from your record, so it needs something on it: a few days logged, a vitals reading now and then, a set of lab results when you get them. Each one sharpens what Sanomi can tell you, and how confidently it can say it. You set the pace; the picture fills in as you go.

What one place changes

You do not have to be measured to be understood. Start with what you know, add what you can, and let your plan carry the days in between.

And because it all lands in one record, a reading you take once a month sits beside the day you logged this morning — read together, not separately.

Good to know

Do I need a smartwatch or a fitness band?

No. Sanomi works from what you tell it and from the plan you set. A wearable is an option that saves you some typing, never a requirement.

Which devices work with it?

Any that writes to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android — Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung, Oura, Whoop, Polar and others.

What can come across from my health app?

Steps, weight, heart rate and resting heart rate, sleep, blood pressure, blood oxygen, body temperature, breathing rate and fasting glucose. Read-only: Sanomi never writes anything back.

Is it less accurate if I log by hand?

No. A connection only saves you the typing — the number you enter and the number that syncs are treated the same way. Where a day has both, your manual entry takes priority.
