Why Sanomi

Your health, in one place.

Five apps for one body is four too many. A food app, a pill reminder, a notes app, a PDF in an email, a diary.

One record

Goals, conditions, allergies, medication and supplements, vitals, lab results and a journal — one record, one profile.

One day

Food, medication, movement and rest as a plan that runs on its own, changed as you go, on a day you can see at a glance.

One companion who has read it

Ask about today, this week, a result — and get an answer from your record, not a generic article.

You may already have a calorie counter, a step counter, a notes app for symptoms, a PDF of results in an email and a reminder for the tablets. Each is good at its own job. Together they make no sense of you: none of them can see the others, so each one steers you in its own direction.

Sanomi is built the other way round. It looks at your health as one connected picture — one record of you — and every part, from the count to the plan to the answer to the report, works from that same record.

Health record

Enter the facts about you once. Everything after is worked out for you.

The facts about you usually live in your head, or in a folder. In Sanomi they live in one place: your goals, your conditions, allergies with what actually happens, medication and supplements with what is in them, vitals, and lab results against the range printed on your own report. Enter it once, and the calories you burn, the answer you get and the report you read are all worked out for the real you.

Health journal

How you felt, kept next to what you did.

A symptom diary is usually a notes app nobody re-reads. Sanomi keeps a journal beside the record: how you felt, what you noticed, a symptom, a good night. Because it sits next to your meals, your movement and your medication, you can look back at a rough week and see what else was going on.

Habit planner

Plan your days ahead. Change as you go.

Habit apps count streaks. Miss a day and the number resets, and so does the motivation. In Sanomi you plan your days ahead — medication at its times, a routine on the days it belongs, a meal you saved once — so there is something to work towards, in a structure you set. Then the day runs as planned, and you change what was different as you go — add, remove, skip. No streaks, no scores. The plan is there to save you effort, not to grade you.

Fitness tracker

Your movement, counted for your body — with or without a watch.

A fitness app wants a watch on your wrist and a workout with a name. Sanomi counts what you actually did — a walk, an hour of gardening, a shift on your feet — in your own words, and works out the burn for your body, not a generic one. If you wear a watch, or your phone already counts steps and sleep, connect Apple Health or Health Connect and those readings come through and take their place in the same record.

Calorie counter

See what went into your meal, adjust it, and keep it.

Calorie apps make you search a menu, or hand you one number for the whole plate — you never see how each part was counted. Say what you had, snap it or scan the barcode, and Sanomi estimates the main components of the meal and shows each one with its own count — calories, macros, the micronutrients underneath. Adjust an amount and only that part is re-estimated. Save the meal the way you eat it and it is yours to log again in a tap. You stay in control of what counts as your calories.

And unlike a counter that only counts what goes in, Sanomi works out your burn as well, so you see your net position for the day you actually had.

AI companion

A companion beside you every day, answering from your own record in plain words.

A chatbot answers from the internet. It has never met you. Ask Sanomi answers from your record: how you are tracking today, what dinner could look like, what a result means for you. The reply quotes your own numbers, at any hour, and remembers the thread tomorrow.

AI insight reports

Reports written from your record, on the topics you choose.

Health articles are written for everyone, which means for no one in particular. When you want depth, Sanomi writes a report from your record — nourishment, movement, rest, your results, what would change if you tried something, what to bring to your next visit. Your ranges, your conditions, your goals. Kept in your library, shareable in a tap.

What one place changes

None of these is new on its own. What is new is that they read from one record, together. The burn knows your weight. The answer knows last night’s sleep. The report knows the range your lab printed. Every part is smarter because the others exist.

And it is one place to keep, one place to open, one place to focus on — which frees your time for the living, not the logging.

Add the people you care for and each of them gets the same: their own profile, their own record.

Good to know

Do I need a smartwatch or a fitness band?

No. Sanomi works from what you tell it. If you have a watch, or your phone already counts steps and sleep, connect Apple Health or Health Connect and those readings fill in for you — a convenience, not a requirement.

Is Sanomi a medical device or a replacement for professional advice?

No. Sanomi is a health companion. It does not diagnose or treat, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional — for you, or for the people you care for.

Can I keep records for my family?

Yes. Add a profile for each person you care for. Each has its own private record, plan, journal and reports.

What does it cost?

It starts with a 14-day free trial. The store shows the price before you start, and you can cancel any time. There is no free tier, no ads, and your data is never sold.
