AI Insight Reports, written from your own record.
When a quick answer is not enough: pick a subject and Sanomi writes you a full report about you — kept in your library, shareable in a tap.
Nourishment, movement, rest and recovery, your overall health, know your body, lab values, what if, and preparing for a visit.
A full piece you can sit down with, in sections and in plain words — not a message thread you scroll back through.
Every report is dated and stays. Any of them goes out as a clean PDF in a tap.
When a quick answer is not enough, Sanomi writes you a report. You pick the subject; it reads your record and writes a full piece about you — laid out in sections, in plain words, and kept in your library for as long as you want it.
This is the slow, thorough half of Sanomi. A question answered in the moment is one thing; sitting down to understand something properly is another, and this is where that happens.
You choose the subject
Eight ways in, each with its own job.
Nourishment looks at how your food and supplement routine is actually serving you. Movement, and rest and recovery, take a lane each. My overall health reads across the whole record at once. Know your body goes organ by organ, or system by system, on whichever one you want to understand. Lab values explains your results and how they connect to the rest. What if tries a change on paper. Visit prep gets you ready for the appointment ahead.
Written for you, not for everyone
Your results, your conditions, your goals, your days.
A report is not a template with your name at the top. It is written from what your record actually holds — your readings against your own ranges, the conditions you have entered, the goals you set and the days you have logged — so it can say what is true for you rather than what is usually true. Where the record is thin, it says so rather than filling the gap.
Something you can sit down with
Sections you can read in order, and come back to.
A chat answer is quick and then it is gone. A report holds still: it is structured, it can be read in one sitting or in pieces, and it is there again tomorrow when you want to check what it said. That is a different kind of use, and it is why reports have their own place in the app.
What if
Weigh a change before you make it.
Thinking of adding a supplement, dropping something, or changing a routine? What if looks at the likely impact for you — how the change sits with your conditions, your medication and the goals you have set — so you can weigh it before you commit to it, not after.
Appointments and tests
Walk in prepared, and walk out with it written down.
The wait for an appointment is long and the appointment itself is short. Put the visit in Sanomi first — a check-up, a specialist, a scan or a blood test, with the date and time, where it is and who you are seeing — and set a reminder on it if you want one.
Then go prepared. Ask for a prep report on that visit and Sanomi writes one from your record: what has changed since last time, the points worth clarifying, the questions you may want to put, and what a test you have not had before actually involves. Read it before you turn up, take it in as a PDF, and add your own notes to the visit as things occur to you — and once it is done, what you were told can go on the same entry.
Kept, and shareable
The ones worth keeping, saved and dated.
A report you want to keep goes to your library in a tap, dated, so you can read it again whenever you like — and a run of them on the same subject shows how things have moved over the months. Any report can be shared as a clean PDF through your phone, to a family member or to whoever is seeing you next.
What one place changes
A report is only as good as what it reads. Everything sits in one record — your meals, your movement, your rest, your results and how you felt — so a report on any one subject is written with all of it in view.
It does not replace professional medical advice. It is there so that when you do sit down with someone, you already understand your own health.
Good to know
How many reports can I generate?
Your membership includes a monthly allowance of reports, and more can be added if you need them. The app always shows where you stand.
Can I choose what it is about?
Yes. Each report covers one subject you pick, and you can generate as many as your allowance holds, one at a time.
Can I share a report?
Yes. Every report is kept in your library and goes out as a clean PDF through your phone’s share sheet.
Is this medical advice?
No. Sanomi is a health companion. Its reports are for your own understanding and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
What if my record is still thin?
A report is written from your profile, so how much it can say depends on how much of your profile is filled in. Your conditions, medication and supplements, your goals, any results you have, and a few logged days give it plenty to work with — and the more complete the profile, the more specific the report. Where something is missing, it says so rather than inventing it.
